Unified navigation + external chart data
IMPACT: Full mobile access. Chart data decoupled from markup. Faster updates.
- Unified navigation — Consistent nav links across all five pages. Every page reachable from every page.
- Mobile hamburger menu — All pages now accessible on mobile via dropdown panel. Previous mobile view hid all nav links behind the CTA.
- External chart data — Rankings page now loads data from a separate JSON file. Chart generation script converts engine output directly to site format.
- Homepage preview card — Preview section now pulls real scores from the latest chart. Names remain redacted until full rankings.
- Geometric roster tokens — Each roster member receives a unique, deterministic SVG avatar. Gold linework with fingerprint strip — no photos, no platform data leakage.
- Trust strip — Persistent proof footer on all pages. Site-wide source of truth via shared config.
- Accessibility — ARIA labels, focus-visible outlines, keyboard navigation for drawers and tooltips.
- Disabled tab lockout — Weekly/Monthly tabs now visually grayed with grayscale filter to reinforce unavailability.
COMPAT: Rankings page now requires chart_data.json in same directory. All other pages unchanged.
